Extra Rulings:
1.1 The exile ability copies all abilities on the creature that require a cost
1.2 Abilities requiring a cost include Tap abilities, abilities costing mana, abilities requiring you to sacrifice permanents, abilities requiring you to pay life or discard cards.
1.3 In the example of Bloodshot Cyclops ability and similar abilities being added to your Portal, The damage would come from your Portal and not Bloodshot Cyclops as the ability specifies the permanent using the ability deals the damage.
1.4 In the example of Alesha, Who Smiles at Death ability and similar abilities being added to your Portal, Since your Portal cannot attack the ability becomes a stackable effect with any present Alesha, Who Smiles at Death that may trigger that effect.
1.5 In the example of Beacon of Destiny ability and similar abilities being added to your Portal, the ability would fail as your Portal cannot take damage.
1.6 Any ability obtained that by substituting the original creature as a target for your Portal requires you to exile, remove or destroy your Portal, fizzles instead.
1.7 Any sacrifice ability obtained from a creature causes you to get rid of the ability from your portal instead. Eg: you use your portals exile ability to obtain the ability of Judge's Familiar. Once you use it instead of trying to sacrifice the portal or another creature you just remove the ability from your portal.
1.8 In the example of Phenax, God of Deception ability being added to your Portal, your Portal obtains the full ability of "Creatures you control get Tap: Target player puts the top X cards of their library into their graveyard where X is this creatures toughness". In addition since your Portal has 0 Toughness and isnt a creature using this ability by tapping your Portal would do nothing.
1.9 When you exile a level up creature for its abilities you must pay the creatures mana cost plus the level up cost for the required amount of times needed to unlock the other abilities on the card.
1.91 When you exile a flip creature for its abilities you gain all abilities on the card, however you must pay both mana costs.
2.0 The portal requires a cards original mana cost meaning you may not cast Thoughtcast at portal Lv1 even if you control 3 or more artifacts
2.01 (X) spells also count on your Lv meaning if you are a Lv3 casting Fireball or even Mistcutter Hydra you cannot exceed 5 Converted Mana cost while spending mana on the spell.
2.02 Because of this official Delve ruling: (702.65b The delve ability isnt an additional or alternative cost and applies only after the total cost of the spell with delve is determined.) You cannot cast a Delve spell if its original cost is higher than your portals level allows for just like affinity.
2.1 However in the situation of alternative mana cost printed on the card you may pay them even if your portal level isn't high enough to pay that cards original mana cost.
