My upgraded version of the Planar Portal AFR Commander precon deck, that my play group has dubbed "Paperwork". Maybeboard includes cards I don't own but are there for consideration.

Combos

Prosper, Tome-Bound and Xorn create two treasure tokens instead of one whenever you play or cast a card from exile. Academy Manufactor makes 3 total tokens for every treasure token that comes into play via Prosper, and so with Xorn you'd make 6 total tokens. What do we do with all those tokens once you have too many to use for just their listed abilities? Let's explore some options!

Disciple of the Vault, Mayhem Devil, Reckless Fireweaver, Nadier's Nightblade, and Marionette Master all deal damage based on artifacts entering or exiting the battlefield, and when those last two deal damage with Torbran, Thane of Red Fell in play they do that much more. Getting artifacts to enter play was already covered, but how do you get them to leave easily? You can just use the treasure, food, and clue tokens, but you can also sac them to Krark-Clan Ironworks, but you can tap them for first due to Inspiring Statuary then sac them to the ironworks for a total of generated per each token. You can use that colorless you've generated to just spend it on the clues or food to draw more cards or gain more life as needed too! Combine all that colorless with the treasure tokens and Birgi, God of Storytelling   to be able to cast stuff from your hand (if there aren't enough tokens out to kill someone/everyone off with the total combo). Harsh Mentor and Reckless Fireweaver combined with Torbran, Thane of Red Fell just deal tons of damage, almost as much as Marionette Master.

And when Marionette Master isn't doing enough, just equip Cranial Plating to have her deal a ton of damage to target player every time one of those tokens leaves play.

If you can't get it done with the creatures above, just go with the tried and true Revel in Riches or Hellkite Tyrant to auto-win on your upkeep if their conditions have been met.

Note: I'm getting Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and Kaervek the Merciless soon, they will ABSOLUTELY be included in the deck on arrival, gotta make holes for them. Of course Dockside Extortionist is an auto-include in this deck but I don't have the $60 to swing at it right now.
