Thanks for the feedback. I'll give it a few playtests and see how it works out. I think you're right, I need to keep beleren in for as long as possible and Garruk, Primal hunter may make an appearance over garruk wildspeaker. We'll see though.

Shrine of Boundless Growth and Khalni Heart Expedition for extra/different ramp? Both synergize well with the proliferate.

The Problem I have with Shrine of boundless growth is that the mana is colorless and its a one time usage. I don't foresee myself really using it that often. I'd prefer not to use Khalni heart simply because it is another card that will be moving out of standard in September.

With Treasure Mage you don't need 4 engines. I'd say you go 4 clasps and 2 engines.
July 3, 2011 10:05 p.m.
I would use Plains before Sunpetal Grove . You only have 4 Forests. Without 1, those 4 lands will come into play tapped.

hmmm... so maybe 2 plains and one less each of sunpetal grove and glacial fortress? or cut sunpetal and glacial down to 2 and add 4 plains?
Dodgeaj02: I actually think I might remove treasure mage entirely for frost titan instead. Haven't made that decision completely yet, but it's a definite possibility.

Proliferation deck without Everflowing Chalice ? Travesty :P

Everflowing chalice while a great card in general for proliferation isn't really needed here, not to mention that this deck is primarily built for post zendikar block anyway, with the exception of the sole Jace Beleren. I do like the chalice, but as I don't really need it and everything else plays so well right now, I'm not convinced I want it in the deck.

I actually agree with you because there isn't that much need for colorless lol Sphere of the Suns would probably be a better fit for mana fixing.
July 5, 2011 6:53 p.m.
I don't really see the point of Jace, Memory Adept ...
Just seems like you'd be better off with another Jace Beleren or maybe Ajani Goldmane for giant 30/30 Avatars!

Jace isn't a bad idea for drawing though and messing with my opponent that much more. Again I'd like to keep this deck zendikar-block free, which means Jace beleren will probably go soon too.

I think Ponder and a few counter spells would make this run a lot smoother. three of each titan is a bit much, same with the contagion engine. you could run two each perhaps. Timely Reinforcements might work well in here. I'd also like to see a couple smaller creatures. Maybe Skinshifter , Spellskite , or Phyrexian Metamorph . Cool deck! Good luck!

Thrun, the Last Troll and Karn Liberated would be fun one-ofs too. +1 btw

Thanks for the feedback. I definitely like the idea of Karn and skinshifter. I'm thinking that the counterspells are a must as well. So I'll figure out where to put them and which ones to use soon.

this puts lots of pressure on every deck! I like it alot! Gobs may be too fast for it but otherwise.. its pretty crazy

I think Elspeth Tirel would be a good choice to replace Jace Beleren . Her main weakness is not being able to defend herself well enough. But with Garruk, Primal Hunter and Gideon Jura there to defend her, and proliferate, you can get to her ultimate very quickly, which is a great win con! I like the idea! +1

I'm definitely +1 this idea, its awesome, and makes people RAGE!!!! lol. The only change i can plausibly see that's I'd make, is find space in there for some delicious Karn and Elspeth Tirel . Ohh, and to make Venser more scary, maybe 3x Oblivion Ring since its standard again, (Yes, I intend to abuse the SHIT out of it) and 2x Sundial of the Infinite . Other then that +1 for sure!!!

So I'm really loving this deck right now. Thanks for all the help everyone. I added a Karn Liberated and definitely agree with the move. It'll be very useful. I'll put Elspeth Tirel into my maybe board for now. Oblivion ring will be in the sideboard for now.
On another note, I'm currently playing with a deck similar to this (minus a few cards such as karn, a gideon, and a frost titan) and it has been amazing! If it has a good start, my opponent is left wondering what hit them. If it doesn't get a good start it normally leaves my opponent wondering how they still lost. I'm excited to play it at FNM in a couple weeks and at Gameday.

I'm confused. How is Elspeth Tirel 's ultimate at all a win con? Maybe if you had some land creatures, but this deck is post-Zendikar.
July 31, 2011 1:03 a.m.
Elspeth Tirel , Garruk, Primal Hunter , and Shrine of Loyal Legions all create token creatures. This deck will be running a high number of tokens, which is perfect for Elspeth Tirel

Humm. I've never liked Contagion Engine but you may be able to pull it off with all the ramp you have in this deck. I think you may have a bit too much proliferate. Maybe 4 Clasp and 2 Engine?
But cool idea I would love to see it in play and see how it does.
Oh and personally I would keep little Jace up until the very last second that he's in standard because he is the best and way better than Memory Adept. Especially as your not trying to win the game by milling them Jace looks to me for just card draw.
Thats my two cents. +1 for sure. :)
