Food for thought: if a planeswalker that becomes a creature is killed you can nab it with Mimic Vat and recast it each and every turn.
For post Innistrad consider the reprint of Naturalize and Revoke Existence to deal with artifact or enchantment heavy decks. In order to replace Silence you could possible use grand arbiter, but only if you primarily used Silence during your own turn. Consider running some Ghost Quarter s in order to combat all the allied color lands.

i like this. I have a karn and have owned with it. Restart if things go bad, and exile everything. +1
can you take a look at my deck deck:the-myrmidon-guards

you're going to need a lot of mana ramp.
Viridian Emissary , Solemn Simulacrum , and Birds of Paradise are all viable options.

I actually had rampant growth in there and found that it helped but wasn't great overall. I'll consider viridian emissary. If you didn't get a chance to playtest please do and see where you would put those.

yea its a great way to take out my opponent's creatures and I really enjoyed using it, unfortunately I found the more I played this deck, the less and less I desired have contagion engine in my hand and so it slowly found its way out of the deck. It may see the sideboard, but I haven't made that decision yet.

I'm not quite sure how this deck is viable. You have no early game creatures. You have Mana Leak , Tumble Magnet , and Day of Judgment for control. The likelihood of you possessing one of these is probably relatively high, but what do you do against opposing control. There's two things I see happening: you Mana Leak anything that hits the board since you cannot risk anything existing before your walker else they will receive aggro immediately, or you setup Contagion Clasp if it can kill with it's -1/-1 for mid game proliferation. So you prevented one creature from attacking you. T3 comes and you throw out your Tumble Magnet and keep one guy tapped and try to withstand until T5 to finally cast a walker who can pose a threat. However, you'll more than likely tap out your Tumble Magnet and have no way of bringing it back to life with your limited mana early game. T4 rolls around, you have a Day of Judgment , but once it's countered you're done for. Furthermore, what if Day of Judgment gets Nevermore d, or something that just buries it out of the deck. And I mean... well, scenarios can be put forth all day long. I just see the amount of ways this deck could be countered to severely outweigh the ways it could work.
Liliana of the Veil seems like the best walker in a walker deck also, and you can't even work with her in this deck. Further, I don't see the point in having 1xSeachrome Coast and 2xRazorverge Thicket . Neither will benefit you t1 despite the low chances you have of actually drawing one, and they'll more often than not come into play later on screwing you over on their etb tapped clause.
Why not try having some early game creatures worth playing: card:Gideon's Lawkeeper, Grand Abolisher , and Spellskite are all cheap, and very effective creatures that can control early game combat.
I thoroughly enjoy the idea of a predominantly walker heavy deck though. I just don't see it working well in this setup, or from my play tests with it.

I understand thinking that the deck isn't viable. I thought that the first time I looked at a deck like this. I won't argue with you over this, but I can assure you that the deck is not only viable, but powerful. It is a difficult deck to get used to but once you do, it does very well. I have played it against valakut, gobos, B/U control, tempered steel, knight decks and various others and have always found a way to do well. The key to playing the deck is to not panic and to trust the deck to do its work.

I mean, I see its potential. I guess it's just not a risk I'd take. I just feel like you'd be in a position to mulligan a lot. Where you have to be reliant on a few cards + land combinations to do well initially. It's meta is obviously absolutely bananas. Just getting there is your largest hurdle with the deck. You have a lot of immunities given the strength of most walkers combined.

Typically if I can get two planeswalkers on the field or either gideon or garruk then I can typically pull out a win. With the introduction of innistrad I am looking into more board wipes with divine reckoning and see how that works out. I am still looking into perfecting the deck and still like being able to see other perspectives on the deck.

I agree. It's a cool/fun idea running with mostly walkers.

Went ahead and added ramp back into the deck through viridian emissaries.

Hmm... while you look solid against aggro, I think you'll have problems with any sort of draw-go control decks. Maybe you should have a couple negate in addition to the leaks, and Thrun in the board seems like it will do a lot against them (Mayor of Avabruck might be another consideration).

What does everyone think about gitaxian probe or think twice over contagion clasp? I'm considering running a few more counters and removal as well

sorry they were in I removed them earlier and put them in the maybeboard where I had gitaxian probe. Trying to figure out between the clasp and more drawing or some other type of removal like dismember.

i would take out both vensers for sure, they don't really contribute much to the deck. i would also take out one gideon and one day of judgment, as well as all three tezzeret's gambits. in those spots i would add another mana leak, another ponder, another emissary, two more think twice, and two beast within or two dismember. sick deck though, seems like a lot of fun to play

Venser bounces all of the planeswalkers giving them back their counters. Also bounces oblivion ring for bigger threats later on. Also don't underestimate the ability to bounce that island at the end of turn. Not to mention that I can get his ultimate pretty regularly, when that happens I can make my opponent really struggle.
I'll consider the dismembers and think twice, but I'm kind of partial to all of the cards you listed lol. Thanks for the feedback and I'll try out some of the suggestions.

Gotta have 2 Timely Reinforcements somewhere in here. If you don't get a Mana Leak opening hand, it looks like you have a good chance to struggle through turns 1-4 vs Red or other fast decks. Timely should be just what you need to stall a little to get your Planeswalkers going.

They're in the sideboard for RDW. In my current meta, everyone is running solar flare and b/U control. Very little RDW it seems. Though I assume kessig will be big this week.

I'm still working on the sideboard. I tried out Phyrexian Metamorph last night in some playtesting against Valakut and had some pretty good success from copying a tumble magnet and shutting down primeval titan to copying a primeval titan and winning through that. I was convinced of it that I removed Consecrated sphinx from the MB and placed one Metamorph in the MB to play with for now.
Could really use some help to nail down the sideboard though before Friday. Right now my main concern is valakut. Any other thoughts on sideboard would be very helpful.
