I feel Ponder is a better bet instead of Think Twice to get a Mana Leak etc early on

I like ponder and it'll stay in the MB, but think twice is great for bluffing that I have a mana leak/dissipate and then still managing to use the mana that I had sitting there. That's why its in there.

hey man, that's the second deck of yours I really like :DGood job, kinda original might be surprise @ tournies (most decks got nothing to do with PW).my only suggestion is:I feel like that for the 5 mana Acidic Slime cost he isn't really worth it. On turn 5 you'll want to play a PW after you've already got a chump blocker down there or just after you played DoJ.most of his use is anti artifact/enchantment (and a little bit anti-land I guess).a great anti artifactenchantment card is Slice in Twain .Instant speed, 4 cmc, and card draw. simply a great tempo card for any type of green control deck.even if you don't wanna take out the Acidic Slime , I'd find a place for it maybe in the SB.Also, as a creature, consider Ambush Viper . Another instant speed blocker that can stop any titan for 2 cmc. it got good synergy with counter spells, you can save mana for counterspell and if they doesn't play anything just play the Ambush Viper EoT (or as a surprise blocker effective as a kill spell for anything besides flying..)Not really sure what to take out cause everything seems kinda needed already, but I guess that this could do with -1xcard:Tezzeret's Gambit.Also, I really think you could move 2xDay of Judgment to the SB. lots of decks lacks a lot of creatures (Burnning Vengeance, B/U control, and so on) so you can always put more DoJ's MB vs any creature deck (2 seesm kinda enough MB imo).If you decide to take them out, the Ambush Viper 's might fit in IMO.

I kinda like acidic slime for now, just because he works SO well with Venser. He's really in there for enchantment removal as o-rings are all over my meta right now.

I have to keep DoJ in there because my meta is heavily token and humans right now. Without DoJ I'm done. I have actually added snapcaster mage to the current deck and taken out 1 DoJ. I should probably update this a little more.

Also, Great idea on the ambush viper. I've been considering for a while right now and that may push me into actually adding it.

Also, ever considerd Elspeth Tirel ? I think you could throw 1 in instead of 1xGideon Jura , or instead of the jace.another nice combo with Venser is Tree of Redemption . a good blocker that grants you life when you need it, and could return it's original life value with venser..

Yea I've considered elspeth several times, but Gideon is crucial in this deck. He keeps the pressure off all of my other planeswalkers so they can go ultimate fairly easily. Elspeth doesn't do a whole lot for me I'm afraid. Her first ability is really not effective. Her 2nd ability is ok, but her final ability is too costly as it will destroy my own planeswalkers which is the opposite of what I want.

Tree is a nice thought. Possible SB card.

I don't know if someone has said this, but less fatty creatures would help. With all your planeswalkers and creatures you have 10 win conditions, and you only need two or three. You should replace those conditions with things to protect your win conditions. Right now you are just left hanging there with only a few responses if your opponent does something to you're planeswalkers or creatures. If you add more counters then you will be able to better protect yourself. But I really like the idea right now.
