With Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider and Doubling Season you can double the loyality counters, planeswalker are starting with, so you can instant trigger the ultimate ability in most cases. With Prologue to Phyresis, Voidwing Hybrid, Vraska, Betrayal's Sting, Inkmoth Nexus and Ajani, Sleeper Agent you can give your opponents poison counters and raise them with "proliferate"

Combos

• Tezzeret the Seeker + The Chain Veil activate Planeswalker abilities multiple times as long as 2nd artifact can tap for at least 4 Mana. Infinite loyality counters & every colored Mana with Timeless Lotus or infinite colorless Mana with Everflowing Chalice if it has at least 5 counters on it.
• Teferi, Temporal Archmage + The Chain Veil activate Planeswalker abilities multiple times as long as Teferi, Temporal Archmage has a loyality counter and the other 3 untapped permanents can tap for at least 4 Mana
