Maybeboard

Prison deck using the interaction (or somehow exploitish non-interaction) between Stasis and planeswalkers to tap everything and still be able to add loyalty counters. Winter orb is a good way to lock your opponent since you can use Birds of paradise and Lotus petal to still have mana. With Ral Zarek, Winter orb becomes really annoying since you will always tap one of their land and untap one of yours (meaning they basicaly will never get anymore mana than the land they put in play and the one they untap each turn).

The strength of this deck is that not alot of decks are used to deal with Enchantment (Stasis), Artifact (Winter orb) and Planeswalker at the same time. So it can really catch your opponent by surprise.

The main idea is to use Garruk, Teferi and Ral Zarek to untap your lands to keep stasis up and counter the winter orb effect on your side. Use the disk to destroy everything but your planeswalkers if ever needed. Tezzeret gamble is a good way to proliferate endgame when you have alot of planeswalker on the board. Be aware that this is a soft lock deck. A game can usualy look like this :

Turn 1 : land, Bird of paradise and/or Petal lotus. Turn 2 : land, Winter orb or Stasis (but I prefer to use Stasis at the moment the opponent have alot of permanents tapped) Turn 3 : land, sometimes nothing since you are slowed yourself, sometimes Jace Beleren, etc., and if you had alot of Lotus petal and Birds ideal pick is Garruck or Ral Zarek so you already have lands advantage. Sometimes I also just wait with a Counterspell or Mana leak in hand. Patience is a virtue :) Turn 4 and so on : keep putting more planeswalkers slowly but surely and have fun with your planeswalker abilities while your opponent is watching :D

One last advice, don't hesitate to use Stasis just for one turn since you have 4 in the deck. When I have a winter orb in play I usualy use Stasis as a one turn lost for the opponent. This a great way to keep building your loyalty abilities. <3

Sideboard is for aggro, mainly red and green

The fatal flaw in every plan is the assumption that you know more than your enemy.
