So I really wanted to find a home for Harbinger of the Tides because I make a point to play Man-o'-War whenever possible cause who doesn't love value?

So then the question becomes how do we abuse Harbinger of the Tides? Well what is better than one activation? Multiple activations! Enter Ojutai's Command. Being able to bring a dude back from the graveyard, return your guy to your hand, and draw a card seems crazy good for only four mana. Or at the very least oddly satisfying.

The remainder of the deck is built around the same tempo swings and value concepts, with lots of targets for Ojutai's Command and Den Protector.

Let me know what you guys think, I haven't thought about a sideboard yet as I want to get the mainboard list settled first so any advice for both would be great.
