I attempted to recreate (Adrian Sullivan's U/B control deck), but in the modern format on a relatively low budget (excluding Phyrexian Obliterator; I began trying to create a U/B control deck after seeing Phyrexian Obliterator and the release of Thing in the Ice   seemed perfect). I love Sullivan's play style and deck, but without Dig Through Time and in modern I had to adapt it slightly. I want a deck that can compete at my local hobby store, but doesn't kill my wallet. I've only played casually against family and hope to work my way into the competitive scene. I intend to revise the deck as I go, filling in the budget cards with more expensive ones. I'd like to get an idea of how effective the deck is and how to improve it. Advise on card decisions and synergy as well as pointing out flaws are greatly appreciated.
