Have u considered Sphere of Safety ? i love Agent of the Fates its my favorite card in theros, just trying to find a way for it to work Fate of the Dead i think after a few more sets itll be useful. but yeha, i dont think it fits in here. Obzedat, Ghost Council would be a good wincon to go along with your Alms Beast with an Ethereal Armor on it.

Something to keep in mind: You are running eight enchantments that target your own creatures while you only have thirteen. Only having thirteen creatures and having a lot of enchantments that target creatures might lead you to having bad draws.. in fact, it's very likely this will happen.

Secondly, i'm assuming this is just a deck to play against your friends with. If it's not, you might want to put the Pacifism into the sideboard since everyone and their mother plays control these days.

Lastly, i'd consider taking out Blind Obedience and putting in the two Spear of Heliod's.

You really should either a) get more removal/control spells and lower your creature count and make it a complete orzhov control deck... or b) get a minimum of sixteen creatures in there and get rid of some of the enchantments or instant's. It's up to you, but there is a ton of removal in standard right now, and only having thirteen creatures in a creature based deck is going to have you running into problems.

Just my opinions of course, but that's what I would do.

In addition to that, I really don't like Doom Blade . At least where I'm at there's Black in most decks, or at least every other deck. Doom Blade could be moved to the sideboard and replaced with Hero's Downfall . You could also consider Ultimate Price , or a mixture of the two cards. If your playgroup is light on Black then Doom Blade could probably stay in, it all depends.

I feel like Blind Obedience could be sideboarded and Gift of Immortality could be mainboarded. Regardless of whatever other changes you make though, I'd like to re-emphasive kyuuri117's point that there should definitely be more creatures in here. Maybe take out 2 Pacifism s and 1 Underworld Connections . Blood Baron of Vizkopa could be a good creature to add.

These suggestions also depend on your meta and on your budget, I know a few cards I suggested are a bit pricey. Looks fun though, +1. :)

This is really cool. Im thinking about building Orzhov Enchantments (Budget Orzhov Auras) and yours has some very cool ideas. I will think about Underworld connections in the sideboard if not the main, and Spear of Heliod also has potential.

Have you considered Desecration Demon in place of Alms Beast? I know that the Beast is a great card, very underrated, but with lots of removal in your deck they'll have a hard time chumping things to the demon. Otherwise, looks good, upvote from me!

Good looking deck to me.I'm a bit worried about the Alms Beast though, it could be very bad if your opponent starts attacking you and gains life by sending in his/her chump blocks to gain easy life.Overall though it looks pretty good. +1 from me :)

If you keep using Alms Beast you might want to add Erebos, God of the Dead to negate their lifegain from it. It also negates life gained from you using Devour Flesh on them. Just a thought

Thoughtseize would be great! It allows you to keep control of their hand and it allows you to get rid of their incoming threats. It costs two life to play it, but with Gift of Orzhova you shouldn't be worried. You'll get the life back. I also like the suggestion for Erebos, God of the Dead .

I say take out the Spear of Heliod and Underworld Connections for more Devour Flesh and Celestial Flare ...and replace the Hopeful Eidolon for an Erebos, God of the Dead and some Judge's Familiar
