also Gift of Immortality is fun to put on Agent or High Priest for recurring board control

well gift wouldn't multi-trigger agent because you have to actually cast the spell to trigger heroic, but it would keep him alive

gift on high priest seems like a blowout if it sticks though

Good looking deck looks fun to play especially when on a budget I don't really see much use for the Spear of Heliod so I would maybe cut those for a couple more creatures, you should have about 15 creatures minimum also Devour Flesh is a really good card I would also look into upping the amount of those as well. Overall interesting brew +1 from me will like to see how this deck evolves over a period of time.

Spear of Heliod is good at making your creatures bigger while removing their threatening ones. I don't see any issues in this deck.

I don't think Gift of Immortality triggers Agent of the Fates Heroic ability more than on the first cast. Gift is best used on ETB creatures like Banisher Priest , Sin Collector , or especially ridiculous on Abhorrent Overlord and Gray Merchant of Asphodel !

nice deck! +1 from me! I hate how long the games are between your deck and I'll give you counters if you give me life. It puts the deck to a good challenge and the games are usually between 12-26 min.

Gift of Immortality doesnt trigger heroic more than once, i just meant its good for mostly High Priest of Penance so you can keep killing their biggest threats. people dont like swinging into or blocking HPoP when they have something they dont wanna lose like a fatty or a planeswalker. you put Ethereal Armor on him and make him big, they are gonna have a hard time. you can always pick him up with Orzhov Charm or Gods Willing him whenever they target him with non damage removal.

the only thing i can really see wrong with it is Alms Beast . it does not seem to help your deck at all, i suggest Sun Titan so that you can bring back Hopeful Eidolon and High Priest of Penance to get their affects again.

Dude, you have given me a ton of inspiration to build an orzhov deck, I am going to utilize Erebos, God of the Dead , Desecration Demon , and Blood Baron of Vizkopa as well though, to just take this over the top. I love the Gift of Immortality /High Priest of Penance combo, that is just fantastic. Plus using Underworld Connections in combination with Ethereal Armor is brilliant too. Gift of Orzhova is extremely underrated, and doesn't see enough play in my opinion. Good deck! +1

Ethereal Armor + Hopeful Eidolon = OP... 2 mana for a 3/3 first strike lifelink that turns into a 1/1 when killed (unless killed with a Golgari Charm or Sundering Growth , for example). I love that little combo in my Hexproof strikers deck.

its even sillier if you put 2 Ethereal Armor on the Eidolon on turn 2

I mis-spoke when I said the HE remains as a creature as a 3/3 enchanted with the Armor.

Any creature with multiple Armors on is pretty rediculous, which is why that card is so underrated. Two armors? (+4/+4 and first strike). Three armors? (now you're just wasting them, but +9/+9 and first strike)

Yes, I said it was a 3/3 with 1 Armor, but if you were lucky enough to draw all three cards (plus two plains, so five cards total really) on your first draw, like i said, 2 Armors makes it 3/3 +4/+4 = 7/7 f/s lifelink on T2, which is pretty ridonkulous.

This is one of the best combos I've seen and it's so simple I agree. But turn two you get your 7/7 and they have so much as a selesnya charm you just got 1 for 3'd. There's also an over the top amount of enchantment removal in this set. in just mono green there are 7 different options of killing enchantments.

I know you never checked tappedout anymore and you're never going to see this but -2 Blightcaster (horrible card), -2 Gift of Immortality . +4 Gods Willing or Brave the Elements but all your creatures aren't white.

Then why did you ask? I'm telling you adding red = you are dead. unless you stick one, MAYBE two Boros Reckoner s in here it's a bad idea. That's the only card i would splash red for because you are already going white.
