I would say unless you use shocklands, dont splash any other colors, the third color will slow your deck way too much

The only reason I splashed a third color is because my deck was weak to black. I have 2 Trostani, Selesnya's Voice in my deck. She out races Pack Rat , and that card is hard to out-race. With Advent of the Wurm she's a monster. 5 toughness provides almost 100% protection against burn unless they 2 for 1 themselves. With Archangel of Thune , the archangel triggers the counters right as it comes into play, as when archangel comes into play, trostani says you gain 4 life from the angels toughness, when you gain life you put counters on all your creatures. I'd say black is bad for Trostani, Selesnya's Voice though which is why I added two Blood Baron of Vizkopa , which also helps out Archangel of Thune . He was too helpful to pass up splashing for him. He helps against black which i needed, he gives me life for archangel, protection against Chained to the Rocks and Glare of Heresy If I get to 30 (normal game) and they're at 10 (harder to pull off) I get a flyer which is really handy in my deck, because opposing flyers can scare me. hence 2 plummet in my sideboard. ANYWAY he is just too perfect in mine. But there really aren't any cards that you would really really need that isn't in here.

If you splash red though, then Tajic, Blade of the Legion . I thought already said that but I don't see a comment explaining so. Put all your enchantments on him almost care free. Also he's not an enchantment so things like Fade into Antiquity don't work on him to take care of gods.

Fade doesn't, but Glare of Heresy , Pacifism (shuts him up anyway), and Soul Tithe do :P

How do you like Alms Beast ? I've never played with it, or even against it. Perhaps I never wanted to give my opponent life, idunno, it's always intrigued me.

Yeah but I figure anything that kills him, would kill whatever creature he swapped out for it. I think Alms Beast is very very underrated. It's a cheap desecration demon on the ground. And personally unless they have an Archangel of Thune on the other side I think giving them life is way less of a drawback than the opponent being able to tap your guy whenever they want. Although flying and it getting a +1/+1 counter is very good.

tajic would might as well not be indestructible against my deck because my removal is Selesnya Charm and Glare of Heresy . But against mono black or red decks..

This deck definitely needs a few Heliod, God of the Sun . The creature tokens he makes? They're enchantment creatures.

-1 Dark Betrayal -2 Spear of Heliod +3 Sin Collector I love that card it's such a good card for a common. -3 Sphere of Safety for +3 One Thousand Lashes because with the crazy abilities on cards in standard today such as Polukranos, World Eater plus when you face heavy creature decks the ones you can't remove can't block your Alms Beast and gain them life
