This is my attempt at making a relatively budgeted standard mill deck using a combo i just discovered with Illusionist's Bracers + Kiora's Follower . The idea here is to stall using defender creatures like Wall of Frost and Murmuring Phantasm long enough to either use a t1 Codex Shredder to mill a Wight of Precinct Six into a fatty or drop a Phenax, God of Deception and use the defenders to mill for game.

Against midrange mono-creature decks this deck dominates, against fast aggro it tends to be a bit slow so i'm definitely looking for suggestions on how I could tweak it on a budget to make it more competitive! Obviously things like Mizzium Skin would be great additions to give my creatures hexproof but i'm not sure what to even put in the sideboard yet.
