We all know that Bant Birthing Pod was the nuts in Scars/Innistrad standard and let's be honest, who didn't love pod-ing Strangleroot Geist into skaab ruinator or Vorapede into Primeval Titan into Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite or flickering Thragtusk with Venser, the Sojourner and Restoration Angel? We all loved it. it was the high point of our lives. Nothing will ever compare.

EXCEPT MAYBE DOING IT IN MODERN!

the deck plays many of the value cards of abzan pod except it gains Venser, the Sojourner, Phantasmal Image and Skaab Ruinator (who doesnt love a 5/6 flyer on turn 3?)

bopping 5 lands with Acidic Slime, flickering Thragtusk, locking opponents out of combat with Stonehorn Dignitary ITS ALL POSSIBLE BABY!
