Due to the banning of Birthing Pod in modern, I intend to use it in Commander instead of selling or trading the entire deck.

At the moment, Karador, Ghost Chieftain seems like the best choice of General due to his graveyard interaction which allows Pod's sacrifices to be brought back and reused. The other option was Daghatar the Adamant, as his interaction with persist is quite good, although would be way more minor due to the persist cards not being the main strategy of the deck. However, I intend to keep the deck in B/G/W as I feel the strongest colours for Pod decks were always Junk/Abzan plus I don't know if 5 colours would be worth it, and I think being able to bring back your Pod fodder is pretty great.

Using Abzan/Junk lets me use the majority of Pod's combos including the Kitchen Finks + Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Viscera Seer combo. It also includes Archangel of Thune + Spike Feeder and Siege Rhino can go in there too.
