Try to make poison counters viable in commander. Control the with sweeper spells, get at least one poison counter on each opponent, and proliferate to victory.

Build up a card advantage rather than a board state, and since poison counters can't be removed easily aim for inevitability

The deck has a group-hug subtheme. This is partially to help you stay under the radar, but also to help you have as many answers as possible. In general, the game is going well if the board is almost blank, and you have 10+ cards in your hand and your graveyard.

Goals: 1) early poison counter on each opponent 2) a. get a proliferate engine going b. have the card draw and mana to consistently boardwipe threats

Poison all opponent cards n=7

Early card draw (cost <= 3) n=12

Changelog: Removed Enter the Infinite and it's companion cards (Thassa's Oracle and Laboratory Maniac). During playtesting it tended to be too expensive to be practical. I decided to strengthen the core strategy by adding Scheming Symmetry (tutor a card for 1B and let an opponent tutor--improves consistency and goes with the group hug theme), Blighted Agent (cheap unblockable infect creature to get early poison counters out), and Phyrexian Swarmlord. The swarmlord is more of a late game win condition card, and we'll see if I end up keeping it. With these changes I swapped one Island for a Swamp since a lot of our core poison cards are black.
