So I normally play really value based creature decks and I do not play a lot of blue so I wanted to try my hand at a mono-blue deck but avoid the standard hard control and counter spell deck. So I decided to try out a legend I had collected dust in my binder with Jalira, Master Polymorphist

My goal for this deck is to run creatures with good ETB effects and some ways to control the top of my library so I have a bit of control over what I transform cards into.
