I started playing Magic a few weeks ago, so I've pretty much just been playing standard. Recently, though, my cousin gave me a box of his old cards, so I thought I would construct a modern burn deck from some of what he has.

I don't really have much money, so if you suggest something for me to include, try to keep that in mind. :P

At any rate, I'd love to hear some suggestions on how to improve this deck.
