My local gamestore has started making Pauper EDH a thing - any Uncommon creature as your commander, and then the rest of the 99 are all commons. Follows all other EDH and Pauper deckbuilding restrictions. We're still working on a banlist, but so far it's just the pauper banlist, and any commons in the EDH one. I decided to work on some decks using the Dominaria legends just so I can still have a playable EDH deck should I not be playing in a group of pauper EDH players.

This one's pretty straightforward, Adeliz Wizard Spellslinger tribal. Get out a bunch of evasive wizards, cast instants and sorceries to make 'em bigger, smash face.
