Honestly Indestructibility just isn't that great of a card because there are so many ways around it now: Far / Away , Devour Flesh , and Celestial Flare , which are all used in constructed. If one of those hits you, you've just 2 for 1-ed yourself.

While that's true with any enchantment on your hexproof creatures, honestly, you're much better off running something like Unflinching Courage in my opinion because you'll actually be getting value out of it that brings you closer to winning the game.

Thanks Both of you, Kier I definitely hear you. . I actually completely forgot about Unflinching Courage It fits really well, and I like the Gift of Immortality much better than Indestructibility

So Im guessing the only reason you chose Fabled Hero over Phalanx Leader was because of double strike? Other than that, it looks like a solid deck, you seem to have all you bases covered :) +1!

I think your sideboard can be good with Brave the Elements and Glare of Heresy or Rootborn Defenses :)

Thanks guys! I will definitely check put those sideboard. And yeah the double strike sold me on him. I think 1st strike is really underrated so having a guy that has 1st and "2nd" strike and he only gets bigger?? yeah im in lol

Commune with the Gods is a must have. Brings down your curve and allows you to search for a missing piece such as hand full of enchantments with no creatures or needing an unflinching courage against an aggro deck. Also, as you stated, you do have a lot of three drops. Consider elvish mystic. I am running it in my version and it is awesome. Not as good as avacyn's pilgrim, but better than nothing, and as an aggro deck you want to have more than 4 turn one plays in your deck.

Well I was thinking more putting just a counter on him vs putting a counter on everyone, which might include him. But I don't know how fast this deck plays, so you might be right in just picking the guy who hits hard an fast rather than have someone who is more of a mid-range creature.

Definitely add Holy Mantle . If you put it on hexproof creatures, nothing your opponent controls can touch it. Automatic at least 3 damage each turn, definitely more.

tntturtle5 says... #11

Holy Mantle is a little costly though. Maybe 2 in the side board against larger creatures so you can get around them, but things like the Bow, Etheral Armor and Unflinching Courage, you shouldn't need to main board it. Still a good card.

Heliod, God of the Sun could find a place in here even if just in the sideboard. I personally think everyone is underestimating him. The creatures he creatures go well with Ethereal Armor and Sphere of Safety and he doesn't need to tap for them as well. Also he has the Indestructible your looking for in this kind of deck and you have enough white devotion in here to be able to keep him a creature. Just my 2 cents i like where your going with this either way I've been working on R/W and U/W versions similar to this but i have to admit this looks scary.

Thank you, I forgot about Sundering Growth its a great sideboard card specially for Theros. I really like the Blind Obedience for the fast aggro decks. Im still a maybe on the Primeval Bounty It is really amazing, but im not sure what I would swap with it. I would like to mayeb top the curve with it, maybe swap out the Sphere of Safety for the bounty. . . hmm.

So I have a couple suggestions if you don't mind. I feel your three drop in this deck is far too heavy. Maybe pick which of those enchantments you think will work best and cut the others for some lower and some (not very many) higher cost spells that way you have answers at different parts of the game. For your sideboard I would run Pithing Needle to help against plainswalkers and other creatures that you find threatening. That's all I got for you. If you don't mind, stop by my deck and let me know what you think.

Call of the Gods revamp

Thanks in advance.

looks like you have some great ideas in there all i can suggest is that you cut down on cards you have 2 of and double up others that you have 2 of

Pretty nice lots of enchantments I see over all I like it let me know how it runs check out my Selesnya build it's solid feel free to comment and +1 of course, also let me know how you like it.Brave the Elements is pretty nice not sure how that would work out for you as far as enchantments go Gift of Orzhova is pretty sweet to protect you from fliers as well as gaining you some life, Ready / Willing might also do justice for you against board wipes such as the obvious Supreme Verdict just a few idea's. Ethereal Armor is awesome for this brew but I know you know that already just like stating the obvious. +1 to you for good things and flavor, stop by and check out my Selesnya brew thanks

Hey, I'm currently running a Selesnya Hexproof deck and am excited for Theros - will lose some agro from Rancor going out. I would suggest on putting 2x Ajani, Caller of the Pride in there as he becomes my win condition a lot of the time, using his -3 double strike and flying.I would suggest mainboarding the Mistcutter Hydra in place of the Fabled Hero You will definitely need to put in some Selesnya Charm to help protect against sacrifice as you can put a token into play.If you wanted to have a look at my deck it is Selesnya Hexproof (Pre-Theros)+1 btw.

chandlerwrx06 says... #21

I threw those into my maybe section for now. I definitely like Ajani, Caller of the Pride for this build, and Mistcutter Hydra was already a maybe . . . But doublestrike lol. Yeah I think theyre both great value cards, but the Hydra may fit better and not able to be countered is a really nice feature in the circles I run in now. . . tonight is going to be a TO heavy night I think. Thanks!

I'd drop some of the enchantments and pick up a mana dork like Sylvan Caryatid or Voyaging Satyr . Speaking from experience, you want to be able to pump enchantments on creatures for a fast win before your opponent has time to set up. You also might want Nylea's Presence for an additional enchantment that mana fixes and draws cards, Abundant Growth was really powerful in the G/W Auras in the rotating standard. And, I gotta say, Unflinching Courage should be an auto 4-of. I also like to have 3 Selesnya Charm because of the versatility of it, but you don't always want a second one, so three is the right number. Good luck!
