The game plan is to trick Emrakul, the Aeons Torn onto the battlefield by turn 5 or 6.

There are two ways of doing this. The first is to have both Emrakul and Through the Breach in-hand, hopefully with Boseiju, Who Shelters All to make it uncounterable.

The second is to cast Possibility Storm, then either draw or tutor up Ornithopter (with Tolaria West). Casting Ornithopter with the Possibility Storm trigger will always result in casting Emrakul. This is much better than using Through the Breach because Emrakul stays on the battlefield to finish the opponent off. However, it's harder to protect Possibility Storm against counter magic.
