Can Possibility Storm be competitive in the modern format? I've seen some lists that uses a lockout method for your opponent which uses Knowledge Pool and Curse of Exhaustion. I liked it. Then I saw a list that utilize Possibility Storm to cheat Emrakul into play.

So I thought why not combine it?

The idea of the deck is to attack the player from different fronts. First, control early plays with removal and board whipes. Then win by either lockout the opponent from spells and beat their face, or cheat an Emrakul into play.

Its still in prototype mode so I'm open to suggestions. Just keep in mind I would like to maintain a budget styled list considering I want to purchase these cards later.
