Well, if you don't know my decks at all, I always love to keep these for as long as possible (So i tend not use the things that are going to rotate out soon [Talking to you SOM block and M12]) So, honestly for something out of RTR (And from what I have seen no Simic...) But here is what I have compiled togeather for a turbo fog deck i should be able to keep for a year or so if i wish. Also as far as what I am open to for suggestions, mostly Green/Blue/White. The main thing for this is to stall, then mill the ever living crap out of them. Also, please make it as budget as possible! I hate spending money (but will not go down as low as making fakes). Like I said above please no SOM-M12 suggestions please. Thank you for your time reading this and I would love suggestions!

Removed the 4 creatures in here Mindshrieker just so I can add Oblivion ring to negate the effect of say Laboratory Maniac And took out a Clinging Mists and a Moonmist to add in 2x Planar Cleansing For the point of me saying, "Okay I am screwed, reset the board!" Also sideboard suggestions would be helpful! I plan on just using this as a casual/a possible FNM deck to just have fun with.
