I have been toying around with the idea if an Esper Control Deck for a week now, and the list I have gathered is strong against almost any midrange/control decks, which is what the new standard seems to be shaping up to be.

The idea of the deck is to just drag the game out for as long as you can until either Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver or Elspeth, Sun's Champion do their job. If you can't manage to win with them, there is also Returned Phalanx, which is surprisingly effective in this deck. Early game, you can help push back an aggro player. Mid-late game he can serve as a decent beat-stick after you clear on opponents board. The reason I can't run him as a four-of is because he dies fairly easily and our main sweeper, End Hostilities, hits it.

I would love any help or advise for this deck.
