Basically a pretty standard Bant Walkers deck, the inclusion of Prophet of Kruphix is really handy.

Note: Jace is in place for the new Jace from the core set, I'm assuming they reprint him and he draws cards somehow.

Sideboard:

Gainsay: Blue Hate, say no more.

Glare of Heresy: Hates on Elspeth in the mirror as a win-con as well as in the B/W Midrange decks that are getting quite popular.

Last Breath: Kill the creatures, loves sticking it to Master of Waves and Nightveil Specter in particular.

Mistcutter Hydra: Stick this guy in vs Mono-U / Esper / Mirror, he's great. Also, X spells are always good with 26 land.

Negate: Any control matchup sees this coming in, nothing better than hitting the big Sphinx's Revelation.

Unravel the Aether: Instant speed removal for Gods and a ton of relevant stuff is awesome and we don't care if it goes back into library anyways.
