I liked the idea of permanent angels each turn. Nice looking deck.

+1

Some really cool combos going on here. I want to say Unburial Rites needs to be in but I'm not sure for what.

One more I might like is -1 Skaab Ruinator and +1 Moorland Haunt , not 100% sure though.

I'm going to give it my +1 :D

Thanks, Tony!

Moorland Haunt is a nice card, but after playtesting I find I'm rarely left with spare creatures in the yard. Are you concerned I don't have enough land? I could put in another Nephalia Drownyard , perhaps.

You may notice I do have Unburial Rites in the maybeboard, as I was also thinking how great it might be, but Sun Titan seems to be the only efficient target. I will be playtesting it with -1 Postmortem Lunge , -3 Doomed Traveler and +4 Unburial Rites .

This deck looks sweet. Have you considered Mimic Vat ? Sun Titan+mimic vat= amazing. And then if your tokens aren't being exiled...

What about Gruesome Encore ?

I think at least some removal might be in order. But I don't have any good advice on what to take out for it. Perhaps some higher costing creatures?

Gruesome Encore only works on opponent's graveyards, but it seems like a great sideboard card against titan/giant creature decks (Dream Twist opponent?)

And I really agree with you when it comes to removal. Due to the graveyard stuff, I was thinking some Fiend Hunter s and/or card:Gideon's Lawkeeper. I would try to keep any kind of control as creatures that I can exile with Skaab Ruinator .

Self-mill has always seemed a little...touchy to me, but this seems to work out well enough. +1.

I also wanted to say that I appreciate the feedback you gave on Outbreak. No one ever comments on my stuff. I was hoping you might help me develop it further.

You scratch my deck, I'll scratch yours.

I really do not like mirror-mad phantasm. I think there could be better cards perhaps Jace, Memory Adept . If you would think about splashing green or just have a way to discard it from your hand, Putrefax could be a very swift clock and alternate win con.

Since the sundial is really important, I would have 4 of them and I would take out one card:Jace's Archivist, I feel like this deck might need Time Reversal , card:Memory's Journey, or Elixir of Immortality since you might need to get your graveyard back in your deck

Sundials are really just nice-to-haves that work with most of the other cards in the deck. Why would I need to get my graveyard back in my hand? I can cast Skaab Ruinator from my graveyard.

I believe that if you use Postmortem Lunge and use sundial during your second main phase, to save the reanimated creature from exile, the creature will simply become exiled at the beginning of the opponents end step. The end step that lunge refers to isn't "the end step of this turn.", but rather "whichever end step comes next."

On the other hand, Geist of Saint Traft 's ability implies reference to the current combat phase, so that combination is surely viable.

You are correct that if you use Postmortem Lunge and try to use the Sundial of the Infinite , that creature will be exiled during the next end step. However, since all the abilities in this deck say "At the beginning of the next end step", you simply need to wait for the beginning of the end step, watch the exile trigger go on the stack, get priority, and then activate the sundial's ability. When it resolves, it will exile all abilities on the stack, including the ones that haven't resolved yet. Since the exile ability did go on the stack, however, it won't be triggered ever again. You now have a reanimated creature with haste :)

Ohthenoises: Your link is to the wrong deck for some reason, here's the right link: Spirits

@nintendows

lol, this is why i'm not a good player. for some reason I wasn't thinking you would let the turn get to the beginning of the end step trigger to kill the stack.

And take out what? Both Mimic Vat and Forbidden Alchemy are not creatures.

1x Skaab Ruinator and 2xDeranged Assistant for 3x Forbidden Alchemy at least imo because you don't want to play too many Skaabs and the Alchemy does what the assistant does, but much better and has flashback.

Maybe even take out Mirror-Mad Phantasm for the Forbidden Alchemy . You don't need to mill 1/4 - 1/2 your deck for what you're trying to do.

I mean, honestly, tweak it yourself and play test to see what you don't really need! There's plenty of variation that could possibly be more effective.
