First off, let's look at what at first was the core of this deck:

Polymorphist's Jest

Circle of Flame

Bident of Thassa

Force the opponent to attack, play Polymorphist's Jest and se his board get wiped by Circle of Flame... Simple, yet awesome. If your opponent plays aggro, Sideboard out Polymorphist's Jest for Anger of the Gods. Circle of Flame will take care of itself against these kinds of decks and Anger of the Gods Gives an additional killer to take care of them.

Judge's Familiar

The horse keeps continuously giving tokens and isn't stopped by Anger of the Gods and Judge's Familiar is a good all-round card as it can counter pesky spells early game (or late if your opponent is sloppy) and it has flying, making it a good card for poking 1 damage a-turn on your enemy.

But Chasm Skulker needs some feeding in order to be good, so here are some supportive cards that can help him out:

All capable of giving me extra card draws!

But why do I want tokens? Because Dragonshift, that's why! For 7 mana I get a hoard of flying 4/4 dragons with flying until end of turn. Swoosch and the enemy is dead.
