Trash pandas are excellent commanders.

Gameplan is to ramp ramp ramp while dropping value enchantments along the way. Bello only comes down when there's enough 4+ CMC enchantments/artifacts on the field to make good attacks. Alternate wincons involve Jolene, treasures, and attacking, or Wildsear with the rest of the cascading enchantments.
