This deck looks like a blast to play!i do have a couple suggestions:
lands
33 lands seems a little low,but if you feel good with it its all good.swaps for forests-Tranquil Thicket,Temple of the False God,Oran-Rief, the Vastwood-help pump the team,Winding Canyons-instant speed commander ,Jungle Basinslight card advantage. another target for your "untap target land" guys,Myriad Landscape-ramp+land fall triggers,Terramorphic Expanse,Evolving Wilds-more landfall maybe the panaramas would be better ex:Naya Panorama,Terrain Generator-lets you squeak out multiple lands per turn
1-drops
having plenty of 1-drops will ensure that yisan doesn't "whiff" on his ability.Joraga Treespeaker,Diligent Farmhand,Magus of the Candelabra,Llanowar Elves,Skullclamp,Sol Ring ramp that will help get yisan out faster and make your turns more explosive.

I know it isn't like this, but it's the best I can do...it's terribad.

Verse three should definitely include Yavimaya Elder. You get your Pod effect and ramp to boot. And speaking of, because I'm a derp, why is Birthing Pod not in here? It's practically Yisan no. 2 that's a bit harder to get rid of.

I've been wondering when someone was going to make a deck using The Bard Dude. :) It makes my heart happy.

Hahaha thanks as soon as I saw him spoiled I planned to replace Kamahl, Fist of Krosa my original general with Yisan. The rest of the deck was then built around Yisan

I have to wonder if Greenwarden of Murasa is worth it in this deck. It is of course cmc 6 rather than eternal witness at cmc 3, but the effect is amazing. I notice that both regrowth and recollect are in the deck for cheap card recyling, but I have to wonder if another tutorable effect would be better for one of those spots.

evkede i toyed with that thought myself for awhile. I wanted to do 6 drop for 6 drop to add it but the other 6 drops just seemed more powerful. Primalcrux is the weakest in my opinion for being just a big dumb creature but I've played several games where that is unstoppable. But thanks for commenting!

Is there a reason you're running Birds of Paradise over something like Llanowar Elves? Just because flying chump blocker?
Also, one card I really have to recommend as a one drop is Spore Frog. I run both it and Yisan, Wanderer Bard in my Saffi Eriksdotter deck and on more than one occasion has saved me from getting obliterated.

I ran Spore Frog awhile back my typical play group is more combo based than combat based though so I cut it due to infrequent necessity.
As for birds that is my exact reason I run it. A dork when I need it and a blocker when I don't

I would suggest Beast Within. It's just too powerful and versatile to ignore...
Nice build and kewl categories :-)
A +1 from me.

In a deck that is fine with sacrificing it's creatures (because it's a Birthing Pod deck) I would recommend Genesis and Natural Order. Greenwarden of Murasa is a Regrowth trigger when it enters and also one once it dies. Greater Good would be worth consideration as well as Skullwinder.
Wood Elves is a good ramp option at the 3 spot that can find Dryad Arbor. Whilst I usually find Solemn Simulacrum to be unneeded in green decks I think we could be quite good in this one.

This isn't a true "birthing pod" deck sacrifice effects are extremely limited. The reason I called it such is because Yisan is the closest thing to pod and when spoiled was compared to pod a lot. This deck has been a work in progress since Yisan was spoiled so it stuck. Birthing Pod itself is a relatively new reintroction.
That said Natural Order has been a thought for awhile now and Greenwarden of Murasa was in very briefly but wasn't great.

I have thought about it but it's a weaker Mana Reflection that cost a lot

But what is worth the cut for card draw on cast. Yisan has creatures enter the battle field without casting them.
In order to add the card I would need a cut that makes sense. I do like the card but I feel like this deck isn't the right place for it.

I think this deck seems cool and i have a good amount of the cards already but was wondering if there is a good sub for gaeas cradle because its almost $200

Cradle can be replaced by just a forest for the most budget list. Gaea's cradle is great but it isn't strictly necessary

is there anything you would suggest other than just a basic forest

I mean before I got my cradle I ran a basic but Karametra's Acolyte would be decent. As far as lands go I would say Rushwood Grove is a fair choice although I do hate lands that enter tapped

have you tried Krosan Restorer? Crop Rotation and Expedition Map ramp when getting cradle/nykthos/deserted temple. Magus of the Candelabra also ramps a metric buttload when getting those.

also, although it seems rather weak at first, Nature's Chosen works well with your commander and utility creatures that don't tap, and It seems pretty good overall. It advances your gameplan whether through ramp, yissan triggers, or utility, like on Elvish Piper

Doubling Season could potentially work, but the deck has an ideal drop for each tutor. Ramping faster could move me past my win con.
