"Premortem Surge" is an unabashedly janky combo deck that aims to get Emry, Lurker of the Loch and Mirran Spy out on the field by turn 3 or 4. Casting a Mishra's Bauble or Urza's Bauble at this point allows you to perform the following sequence any number of times:

1. Crack the Bauble, creating a delayed trigger that allows you to draw a card at your opponent's upkeep.
2. Use Emry, Lurker of the Loch's activated ability to recast the Bauble.
3. Mirran Spy triggers, untapping Emry.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3.

You'll want to do this until you rack up enough triggers to draw your entire deck on your opponent's upkeep. Then chain Savage Summoning into Laboratory Maniac and cycle a Street Wraith to win. Elvish Spirit Guide helps you accelerate your mana for this process.

The deck is replete with library control and tutors to hunt down your combo pieces. In addition to Living Wish that can fetch either of your key creatures from the sideboard, Step Through helps you find Emry. If Laboratory Maniac winds up in your graveyard due to Emry, Conjurer's Bauble allows you to slot it back into your deck and get another shot at casting it. Meanwhile, Metallic Rebuke and Foil protect you from interaction.

(Before anyone else points it out, yes, Orcish Bowmasters turns this deck into an embarrassment. Luckily it's not in my meta.)
