President Elect Bumbleflower

Commander / EDH Counters GWU (Bant)

stardust78

Is it election-day already? Must be, with all the politics we're throughing around!

This deck relies heavly on politics, manipulating our opponents choices and currying their favour. Allwhile amasing huge amonts of cardadvantage and a boardstate compiled of hard hitting flyers.

This deck aims to win through combat damage, however it does not need to be ours. Played right we make sure our "friendly" opponents take out whoever presents the biggest threat to us, and lock the remainders into unfavorable deals with us.

Through boosting creatures on all sides of the table with cards like Nils, Discipline Enforcer and Noble Heritage, we ensure that lifetotals start dropping. Then, when time comes, we beat them down with our own creatures. Here we provide a go tall stratergie, as well as a go wide.

Going tall

The following creatures all love beeing targeted with our +1/+1 counters, resulting in some beefy bois.

Kami of Whispered Hopes

Gyre Sage

Fathom Mage

Evolution Witness

Whiskervale Forerunner

• Also Ominous Seas gets huge on its own!

Going wide

Here we have creatures that through our gameplan provide a large board of possible attackers.

The Council of Four

Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse

Chasm Skulker

Felidar Retreat

And a bonus:

Going CRAZY

Odric, Lunarch Marshal, making all creatures flying and vigilant with the help of our commander.

• With Willbreaker and Ms. Bumbleflower in play, we can steal our opponents best creatures with each spell cast. Use this either for massive value, or an explosive attack (provided we can give haste, ex by Odric, Lunarch Marshal + Swiftfoot Boots)!

• Lastly we also play an "infinite" cobo: Fathom Mage + Wizard Class = drawing our entire deck, and one massivley huge Fathom Mage. However this is not guarenteed to lead to a win, but you can probably do something fun from there!

Most of our cards can be used to lever our opponents to comply with our bidding. However some do it, and other tasks, especially well.

Charge Through and Shadow Rift are meant to be cast on an opponents turn, but with the additional possibillity of providing a suprise knockout.

• Since we run some cards that proliferate, Communal Brewing, Ominous Seas and Malcolm, Alluring Scoundrel all become just a smidge better.

Odric, Lunarch Marshal with our commander will give our board flying and vigilance. However, with Swiftfoot Boots, Skullwinder or Reluctant Role Model, we can spice it up a bit more.

Whiskervale Forerunner triggers of of Swiftfoot Boots.

Stonecloaker and Whitemane Lion bounce themselves, making sure we always have a card to cast for our commanders second trigger.

• With our commander we can trigger cards like Freestrider Lookout and Whiskervale Forerunner on each players turn, making for some massiv value engines.

Evolution Witness will have planey of targets thanks to cards like Evolving Wilds, Cathar Commando and Entish Restoration.

Strionic Resonator hits basically every card in our deck. Even Ms. Bumbleflower, giving our second trigger from just one spell!

• Some of our lands (Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers and Nesting Grounds) can trigger Freestrider Lookout and Willbreaker (and sometimes Whiskervale Forerunner)!
