Guerte I understand. Maybe go with a theme on her? Like all cards have to be in certain languages or something? My Melek Izzet Fun yet? is like all japanese or foil japanese. It's so much fun to plop down and play it because so many people ask what cards are and what they do and you can explain interactions that they have with other cards that they know about. It's never boring to have people learning with that deck. Idk, I'm just trying to promote my ideas about themes and stuff. It promotes a lot of diversity to me. I think it's nifty, and makes your deck quirky.

LTmiller: If I happen across some foreign stuff I may grab it, but I probably won't go out of my way to get them.

Hey there- love the deck. Our builds are extremely similar except mine is straight up inferior, lol (I have no Seal, Flusterstorm, Mana Drain, Badlands, or Scrubland lol).
I wound up dropping Scrap Mastery, but I notice that you run Intuition (and shame on me, I never thought of adding a copy despite owning 4). I'm assuming Scrap Mastery and/or Yawgmoth's Will are grabbed via Intuition to complete a combo, but if you could give me some insight on how you tend to play the card, I would appreciate it. I'm thinking something to the extent of having 1 combo piece in hand and tutoring Yawgmoth's Will + Demonic Tutor + Other combo artifact so that the opponent feels strongly compelled to give the other artifact, otherwise you simply Tutor for Scrap Mastery and get the artifact anyway? Something like that? I've played Intuition for almost 10 years in Legacy but never with Yawgmoth's Will, so I am a little out of my element and wanting to make sure that I understand the options available, lol.
Overall, I love your deck. The only card I'm not really sure about is Future Sight-- I know it combos with Top and Etherium Sculptor so you can just draw your whole library, I just prefer Top + Rings + Monolith as my main method of doing that and don't find the 5 mana, triple U enchantment as something I want to cast. How have you found FS? If it's better than I think, I may try running it too.

PookandPie: Honestly, this is the first deck I've played Intuition in, so I'm still pretty new to it. My original plan was to get Auriok Salvagers, Lion's Eye Diamond, and Unburial Rites, but Rites is more often a dead card so I dropped it. My plan is to basically cast it and grab whatever could possibly help me out at the moment, until I can get used to playing it.
I feel like I'm gonna keep Scrap Mastery as a back up in case my combo artifacts get put into the graveyard. Cheaper than casting Yawgmoth's Will + everything else.
Future Sight is still being tested and have yet to play it, so I can't really comment on it at the moment.
==========================
So I had a fun/interesting game tonight. I was against Kynaios and Tiro, Tana/Tymna, and Meren.
K&T plays Thalia, Heretic Cathar and also has an Authority of the Consuls out. Tana/Tymna are next and because of Thalia, they can't combo off, so he just plays Kitchen Finks, Nantuko Husk, Chords for Blood Artist and passes.
I Reshape an Etherium Sculptor into Krark-Clan Ironworks, and I already have Nim Deathmantle out. I kill off Blood Artist and proceed to go infinite, killing Tana/Tymna and Meren. Can't kill K&T as Consuls keeps him at the same life. Instead, I go infinite life, let's say 10 million. He gains a bunch of life as well. I have a Fabricate in hand but nothing that will take care of Consuls. He plays Minds Aglow adding 1, so I add 10 and we draw 11. End of his turn, I draw off K&T and BINGO! Mystical Tutor. Upkeep I Tutor for Rift, overload it, then proceed to kill him.

Ah, I see. Well, after you've tested them for a bit, if you wouldn't mind jotting down your findings here, I'd love to read them. I played a little with Intuition tonight and actually like it a fair deal. I think I may add Intuition + Reanimate so if I draw Animate Dead/Reanimate I can do a pile of Lion's Eye Diamond + other reanimate spell + Auriok Salvagers, which players seem to really like giving me LED in this circumstance which actually works to my benefit since 1-2 mana lets me end the game if no responses. I'm not sure if that would really be relevant to your build at all, just voicing my journey through Breya Comboland in case you find some of the ideas attractive- that's about all I've got as you have a very solid list.
Also, great game. I'm sure that player was kicking himself for casting Minds Aglow against combo, lol.

PookandPie: I will definitely let you know how Intuition works out for me.
During my turn after I killed the other two, I mentioned I didn't think I had an out, so I'm sure he felt safe to dig for some kind of answer. Then when I saw the Mystical Tutor, I remembered Cyclonic Rift. I have to try and memorize the cards in my list so I know what I can do to get out of a situation like that.

CrazyGood-MTG9797: Iron Maiden has no real synergy in here. It's better off in a Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck.

CrazyGood-MTG9797: No need to be sorry. Discussion is good. There's no such thing as a bad suggestion; others might want to run a certain card, and I feel some cards are better suited for other decks. Chin up, Buttercup!

I just got about 70% of the cards for this deck and was wondering if Silence & Render Silent would be good in this deck-even as maybeboard!?!

That would depend on how much instant speed removal/ counter spells your meta game runs and which combo you're going for. I, personally, find Silence to be great if you also run Doomsday, since you can easily incorporate it into a pile and still go off the subsequent turn (most Silence piles are pass-the-turn piles, in my experience).
It's definitely still great with Ad Nauseam, though you'll typically want Silence to protect your Ad Nauseam (if they've got counters, they're spending them on your AN. Just, period). I run a Doomsday list that incorporated Silence for a while, but I wound up removing it for Reanimate because I just moved to a new meta game and redundancy seemed better than more protection.
Render Silent? In neither an Ad Nauseam nor a Doomsday list do I feel that should be run. 3 mana is an awful lot to hold open while still attempting to resolve a 4 mana creature, or cast several cards to dump a dragon into your graveyard to bring it back out, etc..

PookandPie: Thank you for explaining to CrazyGood-MTG9797. Couldn't have said it better myself.
Nintura: Breya Stax is definitely plausible. An acquaintance of mine over on MTG Salvation is build his Breya as Stax and it seems like it could work. I will probably continue to run mine as combo, however.

Wouldn't happen to be Dies to Doomblade would it? I'm building mine based off of that, just wanted to know what you thought. I think I still want to go with Mana Vortex and The Abyss though.

Nintura: Yup. It's his! Lol. It's definitely not a bad deck at all, just not what I want to be playing right now.

A slight update for everyone:
OUT:
IN:
Etherium Sculptor really wasn't doing very much for the deck. The discount was negligible and often times unneeded. Future Sight was barely every played, and I feel like there are better ways to be able to go through your deck to get what is needed.
Dark Confidant will be a fine inclusion, as it will let us dig deeper into our decks at the cost of a little life. Our curve is low (and now a bit lower) so the loss of life won't hurt us badly. Lim-Dul's Vault is the best way to dig through your deck and find what you need. It's cheaper to play than Future Sight, and can also set up the next few draws as well.

hate to ask this, but for the life of me, I cannot find your friends deck on mtgsalvation... do you have it's title, or a link to it?
December 15, 2016 5:02 p.m.
Do you mind explaining to me how Sensei's Divining Top and infinite mana draw the entire deck?
December 18, 2016 2:24 p.m.
Enral: You use Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth to make infinite mana. Activate Top's draw ability, copy with Rings, let the ability resolve, drawing you a card and putting SDT on top of your library. You still have one Top ability on the stack, so that one resolves and you draw the Top and since Top is no longer on the Battlefield, you don't put it on top of your library. Cast SDT again and repeat.

LTmiller: Unfortunately I will not be pimping her out. My budget won't allow that again. Lol. Besides, I think having only one pimped out deck makes it more unique.
