hi ) what do you think about war of the spark ? may be some additions to the deck ?
May 17, 2019 2:32 p.m.
DAMASTAJT: I more or less cut it cuz it was too cute, and quite often I whiffed on it.
Pope_Urban_II: It's in the new update! But it will probably get cut again once Modern Horizons releases.
xmistfitxzviprx: Not a fan of that card personally; if it works for you, then keep at it! And Statue is better suited and more easily abused in Animar.
KumaLKS: I do have a budget version of the deck, although it's slightly outdated. You can find it in my list of decks. When I get more time, I will probably update it and then link it in the primer.
JoeBob21: I've ran them before, and just ended up cutting them to make room for other cards. I'd be really hesitant about Urn, as it does give everyone else mana as well, unless you have a way to turn it off.
denisblizzard: I've updated the deck with some new goodies; check them out!

I would definitely love to see the updated budget version!

Lord0fHam: I will try and get an updated budget list together soon-ish; kinda hard to find decent replacements for the more expensive stuff. Lol.
rossfw: The review is up now! Once I am able to test those cards out, I'll have a formal update to follow.

Myr Turbine ? It makes chump blockers and can grab Myr Battlesphere
June 3, 2019 6:51 p.m.
xmistfitxzviprx: Eh...while Battlesphere is a good card, I don’t think adding Turbine to tutor it is worth the inclusion. If you’re looking to make chump blockers, there are better options. Same goes for tutoring.

No interest in Shenanigans ? Reusable artifact hate that can also be used to dump stuff in our yard, i'll be testin it.

Hey Guerte, love the deck!
What do you think of the newish Empowered Autogenerator ?
October 18, 2019 4:24 p.m.
Seems like a stax build could get a lot out of The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale
October 20, 2019 12:02 a.m.
Lord0fHam: It definitely could be, but I cut Bazaar of Baghdad and don't necessarily want to add another land that doesn't produce mana.

Love the deck and have been thinking about building the budget version and going from there. Do you have any plans to update it?
February 3, 2020 5:46 a.m.
Aromere: It’s been added to an updated version of the deck, I just haven’t updated the list here yet.
WizardOfFoz: I haven’t really been maintaining the budget list, simply because my discord and I have been working on a cEDH-optimized list and that’s really consumed most of my time. I can probably go back and look at it again sometime down the road, but I don’t necessarily know when I will get to it.

Hey, with the release of Theros Beyond Death, what are your thoughts on Underworld Breach and Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded
March 23, 2020 8:03 p.m.
kayakanine: Purphoros is better in a deck of his own, or somewhere in which you want to cheat in creatures. It really serves no purpose here.
And Breach is already in the list. It is insane with Wheel/LED that helps us zoom into a combo to win. Other than that, it’s a pretty damn good card to reuse some of your other cards outside of said combo.

is there a way to turn off the background and color fonds? they hurt my eyes and i really want to check this deck out
July 15, 2020 7:59 a.m.
nataku: I haven’t really been maintaining the list here as much as I maybe should. If you want to check out the updated list, go here.

Snap Guerte I just realise i already saw your primer on MTGnexus ^^
July 15, 2020 9:33 a.m.
nataku: Lol! I’ve got it all over the place. Haven’t updated that one either, and I definitely haven’t updated it over on MTG Salvation in forever.

Hey I've ran daretti since he was released. He was my first commander. I gotta say Springjack Pasture can be awesome. Daretti, because he's artifact focused, doesn't need a lot of colored mana, so you are really free with your mana base and can run all sorts of utility lands. This deck looks good. I like springjack as a mana sink to dump mana into kind of like a shitty mana battery. Then i got little goats i can sac with ashnods, or with springjack, or just chump blockers for Daret. It also combos with Trading Post. Goatland. It's great. It also lets you build up a board without building up a board, which can be really helpful in situations where you don't want to play your hand because it will draw hate or be very threatening, or there is hate on the board that prevents you from playing your hand, and it's ramp in a way too.
you can also cut the fetch's, throw in stranglehold, then in the fetch's slots put in Tomb of the Spirit Dragon, or Phyrexia's Core, Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle, and some more mountains. Basics are strong, it's harder to deal with them. If you're going a stax route, Hammerheim is good too.
And i know this is a little convoluted, but, Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient can combo with Voltaic Key for infinite mana the same way as Rings of Brighthearth with Gilded Lotus if you want to run it, or, Mycosynth Lattice or some other way to let you spend mana of any color. I don't have those effects, so i'm using lotus, kurkesh, and key. Even if you aren't going infinite with it, it lets you make an absurd amount of colorless mana

So recently built a staxy competitive Daretti build and I was wondering wether you would run Blinkmoth Urn ? and Ichor Wellspring is a decent value card here as well
