I wish I could +1 again, I don't even have any real suggestions to give you aside from my own personal deckbuilding advice which I don't think is warranted in this type of more competitive build. That being said, I wanted to know your input on these cards have worked for your deck...
Mandate of Peace - Do you just go to combat and not attack, cast it, then proceed to Main Phase 2 and activate your commander? Can't they just cast a spell in response?
- Compared to Silence, do you prefer it given it stops attacks on your opponents combat step? I guess what I'm asking is, how does one use mandate of peace effectively in your deck? Under which circumstances is it ideal, and circumstances that are less ideal?
Savage Summoning - I don't see it's usefulness here as this is a more competitive build. Could you educate me as to it's effectiveness for you and why you run it over another card like Sylvan Tutor?
While not a serious suggestion given this build, one thing to note is if you were to add in Maze of Ith, it gives you infinite mana during the combat step in conjunction with Argothian Elder. You can then use that mana on staff of domination. Limited, yes, but worth noting if your meta is a bit more aggro than I had first thought (given you're running mandate of peace)

Savage Summoning is likely included as a trump card for instant speed stack wars. Being able to play, for example, Quirion Ranger at instant speed can be one effective way to protect your combo win line while that line of play is in progress. Soul Ranger (Quirion Ranger+Ashaya, Soul of the Wild) combo is a potent and versatile beast that can be quite tough to interact with.

My bad, I actually meant to paste Shared Summons, but I didn't know about the Soul Ranger combo, that's pretty cool, thank you for sharing it with me :)
The reason I meant shared summons and sylvan tutor is because given the commander, he could probably cut down on the card advantage given his commander provides so much on it's own to help reduce the avg cmc of the build.

Profet93 I Try to use it during the opponent's end Step before my turn. Mostly for Grand Abolisher and whatever piece I'm missing to go off. Most of the time it'sStoneforge Mystic.

Like the deck a lot, I think you could make a couple key additions: Firstly Allosaurus Shepherd because it´s just so good against blue decks. Secondly Chord of Calling is Green Suns (little less mana efficient but with convoke and can grap Heliod or Ballista) is great for a combo orriented decklist. Concordant Crossroads is also amazing, just hasting the team for g. It also allows you to add Temur Sabertooth, as it plus Crossroads + any dork that taps for a lot such as Karametra's Acolyte to make infinite mana. Also, (just an elves tribal suggestion here), I love Heritage Druid as a card in any elves based list.

They're good suggestions. I just prefer the Gaea's Herald spells can't be countered cuz it can protect walking ballista and heliod and stoneforge Mystic. And for one mana more it's never really a problem.
I'm too afraid to give everyone else at the table haste so I prefer to use Thousand-Year Elixir.
And The druid is good but I feel that I get more Mana through the creatures themselves. I'm sure there's a couple that it can definitely help with but not enough that I think it's needed for the deck.
Chord of Calling really just gets heliod because Walking Ballista would just die when it hits the field

Have you considered Emiel the Blessed + Village Bell-Ringer? with Thousand-Year Elixir, you can also just use Emiel and any dork that can produce 4+ mana. Emiel + Eternal Witness is nice tech too - you can even use it grab basically any instant/sorcery and channel it through Blind Obedience to drain the table given infinite mana.

What do you think of allosaurus shepherd instead of gaea's herald ?
