Some possible improvements:
- Brainstorm and Impulse looks much better than Anticipate.
- Mystic Confluence is much better than Jace's Ingenuity
- Arcane Denial, Dispel, Force of Will, Mana Drain, Muddle the Mixture, Pact of Negation, Swan Song, Delay, Negate - anything of these counterspells could replace: Contradict, Deprive, Dismiss, Dissolve, Mindstatic, Rewind, Scatter Arc, Syncopate
- Banishing Light coud be replaced with Grasp of Fate
- Gilded Drake - very powerful card,
- Replenish - you have enchantment-based strategy, so this card could be very useful
- Fact or Fiction
- Sun Titan
- Aura of Silence - very good spell for controling the board and slowing down your opponents
- Luminarch Ascension instead of Myth Realized
- Monastery Siege
- Grand Arbiter Augustin IV

I would recommend running Grand Arbiter Augustin IV in your deck to cut your cost while increasing every1 else (school budgeting theme). Copy Enchantment would be nice as addition since everything will be an enchantment. Sunken Field for taxing counter since you got some tax scheme going here. Rhystic Study for more taxing and goes well with the theme and gets you free card draw. Aura of Silence would just be straight up savage to your opponent if you make everything an enchantment also fits the theme. Sun Titan to get some of your 3 mana or less enchantment and general or other permanents that hit the grave. Erratic Portal kind of the escape route also great utility to save your creature or use for defense against your opponent. Crystal Shard for same purpose as erratic portal and why are your not running a Azorius Signet?

Came for the title. XD
If you're interested in a funny, effective combo, and have the space for it:
Ith, High Arcanist, Illusionist's Bracers/Rings of Brighthearth, Crawlspace "I can't be attacked" Unconditional.
Glaring Spotlight seems like an auto-include for shutting things down - things that are otherwise nigh impossible to do so to.

aznb01777: I've been on the fence about Grand Arbiter Augustin IV for a while. While I definitely see the benefit, unless I'm running him as the commander (which I've been considering for a while) he doesn't impact the game as much unless I draw him really early in the game. I am probably going to put a Copy Enchantment and Rhystic Study in though. Unfortunately Aura of Silence and Enchanted Evening aren't a real combo, since Enchanted Evening only affects permanents. I don't have a reason for not running Azorius Signet to be honest
NotSquishedYet: Maze of Ith + Silent Arbiter accomplishes the same thing actually. And Glaring Spotlight isn't something I'd considered. I might consider it.
Death9Reaper: Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer is a real card, yes. Mine just has a picture of Nicolas Cage taped to the front.

Aura of Silence and Starfield of Nyx ARE a combo, though. Especially with Enchanted Evening.
Neat. I hadn't seen that; maybe I can splurge $20 for the maze some day. XD Glad to be of help! Arcane Lighthouse is a nice option as well. I would use both, personally, both because a backup is sometimes essential, and because they each have benefits that the other does not.

Nah man, Enchanted Evening + Starfield of Nyx = all of your lands dying

Yes death9reaper his commander is a real card, just an alter.

Mirari's Wake solves the problem.
I was referring to the Starfield recurring artifact/enchantment destruction, and Enchanted Evening letting it hit all permanents.

You can blow up anything with Aura of Silence with Enchanted Evening, if you play Sun Titan or Hanna, Ship's Navigator you pretty much got yourself a reusable vindicate.
June 14, 2016 7:24 p.m.
Aura of Silence by itself sets back a lot of edh decks anyway since they run a lot of mana rock, to get that out early game puts you ahead especially with artifact/enchantress decks

NotSquishedYet he can't play Mirari's Wake it is blue/white. He would have to play Glorious Anthem

Yeah Aura of Silence does have that activated ability, doesn't it? Haha. I think I'd rather play Hanna, Ship's Navigator over Sun Titan just because she's a bit more versatile (though slower). Also, there's that self-portrait judge promo I could pick up.

Kira, Great Glass-Spinner would be a good warden to protect your other wardens

Fair point. I was thinking of a different deck when I wrote that. Always Watching would probably be better than Glorious Anthem, and Angelic Shield could be run as well.
Unfortunately, many of the warden effects I know are strictly inclusive of green. This comes from me having fine-tuned my own commander deck so that, with enough time, I can tutor pieces that stall and interfere until I have an absolutely flawless shield. Supreme Verdict is the only way to break it, until I acquire either Elspeth or Avacyn. Cyclonic Rift is already laughably ineffective, and as I said - I'm one piece away from removing the last chink.

NotSquishedYet really he doesn't even need it any of those enchantment pumps since he has Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Godhead of Awe

I was merely stating options. You are correct; I have had neither the time nor the memory recently to see and remember that those were in the deck.

I'd cut away some lands for mana artifacts, especially Azorius Signet, Talisman of Progress, Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond. Also Planar Collapse over a more expensive mass removal (it could also be a recurring boardwipe with Starfield of Nyx). Aura of Silence would go well in this build too...
Playing UW, my personal favourites are always Armageddon (awesome with Ghostly Prison, Sphere of Safety,...), Cataclysm and (if you have some money left) Moat. If you don't play Augustin as the commander, I would still include him in the deck.
A huge trick with all these things like Oblivion Ring, Detention Sphere and the other cards that remove something as long as the permanent stays on the board is Containment Priest and Brago, King Eternal. if you have swallowed a creature with these permanents you can blink them with brago, choose other targets and the returned creatures will be exiled permanently by the priest. Brago would also be a trick with the planeswalkers because you can use them twice each turn (especially useful if you want to use the minus abilities)

I would definitely add in Aura Thief to go with Enchanted Evening. I would also use Rule of Law or Arcane Laboratory for Curse of Exhaustion. This way you lock out all opponents.

Nice control deck, you should check out my EDH stax primer. It's on my Glissa, the Traitor deck but it has stuff for all five colors so it should be helpful
