This is my concept for a deck revolving around Psychogenic Probe . The concept is to shuffle away every threat to win, turtle back with creatures that absorb threats, mess with land supply and use resource draining tactics to clock out a victory.

Cosi's Trickster gets counters for each shuffle so she can be another wincon as well. There are also built in combos.

Wind Zendikon can double as a creature and can return Ghost Quarter to hand allowing for a double shuffle against players.

Thanks to suggestions here, Learn from the Past and Psychic Surgery are here. The former allows to shuffle away threats and is another stall tactic. The latter is common sense with the Probe.

Deprive can counter and ping Skyline Cascade for locking down creatures. I also run Devastation Tide to deal with wide aggro and tokens. Blessed Reincarnation runs double duty by shuffling away threats and removing creatures and triggers twice. Cranial Archive may also be an option but I struggling to find a spot for it.

I am looking to stay budget. All help appreciated.
