Why play my library when I can play yours!

This is literally just the standard Prosper deck with more cards that exile cards from other peoples' libraries so I can play them. In exchange I removed other generally useful cards!

There's not really much beyond that.

Victory is pretty dependent on being able to get other peoples' wincons before they do, so decks that actually center on their commanders may be a bit more difficult, but the fact that he can regularly exile others' cards is itself rather disruptive... and also paints a fairly large target on your back. :D

I've included a few things that grow bigger when you sacrifice treasures, just as a backup if you don't somehow hit something spicy over the course of the game or get targeted down in the process.

Updates Add

Since I usually play in the evening after work and I'm not always the most well rested, I removed the biggest chaos cards that also made for the most management and player wrangling. I love them, but if I can't brain them it's rude to play them.

On the other hand, I also pulled some neat cards from more recent sets and slotted a few in here.

Removed:

  • General Chaos:
    • 1x Knowledge Pool: This card is funny, but only when I'm awake and can clearly explain and manage it. Unfortunately, I'm not usually awake enough during my usual game sessions, so out it goes.
    • 1x Share the Spoils: Same as Knowledge Pool.
  • Searching Other Decks:
    • 1x Grinning Totem: Removed because it turns out searching my own deck is pretty annoying, searching another person's deck is just that much more so. Slows the game down too much.
    • 1x Praetor's Grasp: Same as Grinning Totem.
  • 1x Brainstealer Dragon: Removed for now, I still need to get one, but I do have an Elder Brain for now.
  • 1x Mahadi, Emporium Master: I wanted to like the cat, but I don't have consistent enough payoffs for it.
  • 1x Phthisis: It can kill, but it's very expensive. Maybe I'll put it back, though, as it's good against voltron players... if you can target the creature, anyway.
  • 1x Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer: They can be good, but I don't have enough evasion available. I might consider him again if I up the evasion.
  • 1x Bucknard's Everfull Purse: Risky, but I want to make room for some modicum of back-up strategy.
  • 1x Cunning Rhetoric: It only really pays off if they're consistently attacking me and if that's happening, I might not last long enough to cast whatever I get. It's also only 1 card per combat. I might consider it again, but it's honestly not the biggest deal, unlike Phthisis which can potentially end the game.
  • 1x Swamp

Added:

  • Some things for keeping a back-up go-tall strategy:
  • 1x Legion Extruder: Convert treasures straight into bodies? Sure, why not.
  • 1x Bonehoard Dracosaur: I pulled one, and they provide consistent impulse draw.
  • 1x Elder Brain: This is the card I currently have in there in place of Brainstealer Dragon. I might keep them there.
  • 1x Fell the Profane  Flip: Removal that can be a land in a pinch. Even enter untapped if I'm desperate.
  • 1x Pitiless Carnage: Convert treasures straight into cards.
  • 1x Rush of Dread: Pulled one. Not quite a wipe, but with my big mana I can probably use 2 or all of them.
  • 1x Outrageous Robbery: Dump a whole lot of mana into banking a bunch of cards off someone. Just don't remove that player from the game before you use the juicy cards from them.
