I went a different way with my power hungry deck (I went with shatter brothers), but here are a few u can try (sorry don't remember which were originally in the deck, so you might have already ruled out some of these):
Lumberknot - great synergy with sacing
Maelstrom Pulse - great card to get rid of opposing tokens, or any one permanent
Ant Queen - good token generator, gets batter as mana pool increases
Hellrider - attack with a lot of 0/1 tokens for the win....lol
Vexing Shusher - good if counter spells are in your meta
Fauna Shaman - for when u really need a specific creature
Massive Raid - can be a huge smack to the face
Golgari Guildmage - every deck needs some recursion
Chancellor of the Forge - lets double the amount of creatures, or quad, or more
Stronghold Assassin - lets kill things
Thopter Assembly - repeatable 5 tokens for sacking / or attacking

@pskinn01: Thanks for your suggestions and sorry for the late reply :)

Maelstrom Pulse is definitely worth having a look into. I don't have any lying around though, so Putrefy will have to do for now. As for the rest of your suggestions, I'm moving my deck more towards a token aggro build with the occasional huge Mycoloth or Thromok the Insatiable . In order to streamline the deck I've decided against cards like Stronghold Assassin because it moves me further away from where I want to be. In the event that I really need to kill something, I've got Attrition and Grave Pact available. Assassin vs. Attrition is an interesting thought, but the Assassin is more vulnerable to removal and can only kill one thing per turn, so Attrition won out in the end. Fauna Shaman is a good card, but I can't see anything I'd want to cut for it. As it is, I'd rather have the Nest Invader in there for extra token production and ramp than the Fauna Shaman because I feel like I have enough card draw and tutors to get by.

But thanks again for your comment :) I'll definitely look into getting a hold of a Maelstrom Pulse

Why not Disciple of Bolas instead of Minions' Murmurs ? You get a creature, more life, and he's really cheap.

@Bearhemoth: Because Disciple of Bolas requires me to sacrifice a creature while also only drawing cards equal to its power. With Minions' Murmurs I get to draw a card for each creature I have out, which is usually a lot more than what Disciple of Bolas would be able to, since the deck focuses on mass token swings rather than just making a single, huge threat (unless I'm saccing everything to Prossh).

Minions' Murmurs is basically a cheap version of Collective Unconscious in black. It costs life to use, sure, but you start with 40 life in EDH so that's not much of a problem.

If you run enough ramp, recasting prossh should be super beneficial, that's why I would run disciple over murmurs. Just my two cents though.

I think I prefer the Murmurs for now though :P Running more ramp on the side to make Disciple worth it seems like going a bit too deep. I'm currently looking into getting an Eldrazi Monument for the deck though :)

Oh man, that's one of the favorite cards in my prossh deck. As long as you have upkeep creature generators, you can start doing some serious damage. I once dropped Avenger of Zendikar , waited until my secondary main phase to drop a land and passed my turn. 9 2/3 flyers that were indestructible.

Also, if you want to take a look at mine/critique/bounce ideas off of, that would be appreciated.

Best Damn Prossh Deck

Blade of the Bloodchief combos well with Prossh.

phc while that's true, this deck focuses more on generating a ton of tokens and attacking with them than sacrificing them.

I know you said you wanted to avoid infinite combos, but Food Chain is sooooooo good with Prossh. It is completely worth it. It makes casting him easier and it makes casting him game winning

@ Deathbend I know Prossh goes infinite with a number of cards, but I really don't feel like the games are any fun when they abruptly end because someone drew their combo piece and nobody had a counterspell to respond.

Pretty sure gravepact doesn't work with tokens

wolfdance Grave Pact does work with tokens. Tokens only get exiled after they land in the graveyard, so they trigger effects. It's why cards like Abzan Ascendancy has to specify "nontoken" creatures in order to not combo with themselves.
