Prossh is my favorite boy. He's big, he's mean, and he's always fun to play. The main win-con of every high level Prossh deck is Food Chain, sac Prossh and 2 kobolds to the chain to start and infinite combo, netting you infinite tokens and infinite mana to spend on creature spells, add your choice of on death drain or etb damage and your playgroup is dead. I love this deck and it has taken me a long time to build it up to its current state. Be careful, a lot of less competitive playgroups will not enjoy being smashed by Food Chain combo everynight,so keep your group in mind. I only use food chain as way to end the game after a 2 hour slugfest or when playing with a more spikey meta. Either way, if you're a fan of combo, aggro, aristocrats, or just fun EDH decks, I always recommend Prossh.
