A Prossh deck built around creature tokens entering and leaving the battlefield and causing damage triggers of aristocratic permanents (hopefully) in play. I usually only end up swinging with Prossh, but I recently added Beastmaster Ascension to try out a "go wide" strategy, as I can potentially get the +5/+5 bonus on the turn it comes down thanks to all of the tokens the deck has the potential of generating! If no blockers are declared when swinging with Prossh, but before damage, is where I sac the tokens to Prossh's ability to maximize the (commander and aristocrat) damage done. When Prossh gets removed it is often a good thing for the deck as he scales with commander tax and gives us a board full of kobolds ready to go again. Wanting to add a couple more sacrifice outlets outside of Prossh so we can sack Prossh to them if needed, the new Warren Soultrader from MH3 is looking to be a pretty spicy include.

Finally built myself Prossh! It's been on my to do list since I started playing EDH in 2017. I had the opportunity to obtain the Prossh precon all those years ago, but I ended up choosing a different one and slowly over the years began to regret that decision. No more living in regret though, as I attempt to make up for lost time! Slowly upgrading it... as it started as a birthday budget build to myself this year (2024). I am having a blast playing this deck! It has quickly become a favorite and is definitely a "forever deck!"

Meanwhile in Dominaria...

Prossh and the kobolds of Kher Keep live in eastern Dominaria on the continent of Terisiare nestled within the Kher Ridges. The kobolds are a problem for everyone... they pillage, plunder, and terrorize the denizens in name of their "God." Pay no mind to that fact that their "God" is Prossh that is not important, what is important is this! Prossh, Skyraider of Kher is a keystone to the ecology of Dominaria. Doctor Professor Prossh flies around providing safety to the denizens of Dominaria and maintaining a healthy kobold population (by eating them whole)! Fear not my friends, for good guy Prossh is just performing a service for the entirety of Dominaria and should be given the highest of honors I say!

Definition of Ecology (if anyone is interested) according to Merriam-Webster: "A branch of science (Biology) concerned with the interrelationship of organisms and their environments."
