So this deck is supposed to work on getting elspeth out. period. This deck would go well against a creature-heavy deck and might stack up against a control deck.

Swan Song will help Gideon, Champion of Justice get some free +1s if facing a control deck, and Wall of Swords will defend against them. This deck also incorporates lots of detaining, so their creatures remain on the field for Gideon, Champion of Justice, so he can increase his power.

The walls will intimidate until hopefully later game, and if the opponent becomes too overwhelming, there is lots of detention and worse-case, cyclonic rift. By the time, Gideon should have a few counters on him.

Once Elspeth, Sun's Champion comes out, they will have a lot to worry about, and if you can Cyclonic Rift before tossing her out, then that should be good.
