WIP Otter Prowess Deck

This deck is based around casting as many spells as possible to activate Prowess on all our Otters, and use Bria, Riptide Rogue to give all our copies of Stormsplitter Prowess as well.

Stormcatch Mentor reduces the costs of our spells to allow more casts per turn. This is especially effective with Sudden Breakthrough since it creates a Treasure Token which allows us to cast further 1cmc spells on the same turn, increasing the size of our prowess creatures and the amount of Stormsplitter copies we'll have to swing.

Stormchaser's Talent grants us an Otter 1/1 UR with Prowess while also activating Prowess, and in the late game it can give us permanent tokens for every instant and sorcery spell we cast.

Bident of Thassa helps us with refilling our hand after sending our Stormsplitter copies at our opponent's face.

I've wanted to build a deck around Frolicking Familiar so I'm very glad to have an on theme excuse :)
