This deck trys to build a three color deck by runing as many City of Brass's as possible. This is only budget in the idea that City of Brass is 5 dollars and Misty Rainforest and Breeding Pool are more expensive

Green brings Glsitener Elf, Hexproof, and Pump spells to the table.

Blue brings unblockable cars like Blighted Agent and Distortion Strike

Red brings Assault Strobe and several pump spells allowing for fewer pumps to kill (strobe can kill with a singe +4/+4 from Might of Old Krosa).

Titan's Strength + Gitaxian Probe

Together these two read "target creature gets +3/+1. discard 1, Scry 1, draw 1." (discard because it's 2 cards, and this is if they were the same card)

Assault Strobe + Might of Old Krosa/ Groundswell

One of your creatures can now deal 10 infect. Of not is that Rancor and +3/+X is better as it can now deal with blockers easier given that not much is gonna be down and can block if you don't have the blessings
