I had 2 mill decks already when RTR came out and for the first time had the ability to play mill in standard. So I built a third mill deck, this one. The deck likes to take advantage of the mill to you hit a land effect. Trepanation Blade turns any of your creatures into a creature that mills when they attack. I have a couple copies of Mindshrieker somewhere that I could easily make a switch for.
