The objective of this deck is pretty obvious: put Psychic Venom (or its Black counterpart, Pooling Venom) on opposing lands and then start tapping them involuntarily using Mishra's Helix and Mana Short. To further the theme, I've got black enchantments that are the equivalent for creatures ("When this creature becomes tapped, its controller takes damage").

I'm not saying this deck is good. I'm saying this deck is fun.
