This is a great deck and should be fun to play just for a WTF just happened factor. Not sure anyone right now would have a solidccc at answer built into their SB for it. I had been sitting here for about the last month staringa playset of Psychosis Crawler Cryptoplasm and Consecrated Sphinx I was just going to use a ton of card draw to get to the cards I needed and having major advantage after not having to discard mine. Like the concept but I went to work on other decks.

both creature's can easily be dealt with by kill spells/removal. If you're building a deck around the Psychosis Crawler + sphinx, i'd have more creatures to chump block/attack early on OR i'd have more bounce/counter/disruption spells to deal with what your opponent is doing.
This is a fun idea, and i think your current build has a lot of card drawing in it, which is good, but not enough of the other stuff to keep you alive long enough to get ur combo. you know the minute you drop psychosis on the table he's going to have a huge target on his head.
just my opinion

Your deck looks great, I want to try it. But before that just one question: how do you deal with control decks? Blue control always have some spare AP to cancel your crucial cards like Psychosis Crawler .
+1 to your score, by the way)

alright, so as far as control decks go i agree, it needs more counterspells, so im making a few changes, as far as aggro goes its pretty tough with Wall of Frost and bounce cards such as Into the Roil Disperse and Dissipation Field . also Spreading Seas is good for anything red.
ill make some changes to counters, any help would be appreciated, thanks guys!

Wow dude, the deck works much better than i thought tbh. I would however put in another Jace Beleren , Dissipation Field and a card:Venser's Journal. The last two are the only real options you have against aggro, jace is optional, but i think i'd prefer it over temple bell. Also consider running 2x Wall of Frost over 2x Cryptoplasm . That last card is suboptimal and i think aggro really is your weak spot. Hope this helps.

no offense but i absolutely HATE blue sun's zenith in this. are you seriously going to pay 4 to draw 1 card, or 5 to draw 2? just put in a card:Jace's Ingenuity and be done with it. ((it is really a terrible card considering the other suns)). Yes it gets shuffled back in, but it shouldn't have to come to that. a one time 3 draw should do you for paying 5 mana to do it. ((want to call this constructive criticism? >.< ))
Now then, now that little blight is taken care of, i got to say. I LOVE THE LOOK OF THIS DECK. its got some serious potential. I would love to play it at an FNM to see how it does. You get a +1 from me sir. I kind of don't know what to say to the Dissipation Field s. i don't know if i like it in here or not yet. We'll see. Especially with NP coming out.

card:Blue Sun's Zenith in this deck is an offensive finisher imo. With Psychosis Crawler and Consecrated Sphinx it's a Blue direct damage spell. Make the opponent draw 3 cards, draw 6 yourself, 12 if you have a Cryptoplasm out and deal that much damage to the opponent and then swing for the same.

Thanks for the criticism fellas.
Mak: i value your opinion on card:Blue Sun's Zenith however, until you play the deck.. well its just an opinion. i had 2 in there, cant say that it hasnt helped in gameplay. but thanks for the vote.

Why not red? Phyrexian Mind Melt? Solve a board problem or two?
April 19, 2011 3:01 a.m.
or black. lol. a Sign in Blood makes them lose 2 life, draw 2 cards, which in turn makes you draw 4 cards, which in turn makes him lose 4 more life. 6 damage direct damage for 2 black. seriously. lol. black in this deck could make it REALLY silly. plus you would have more options for controlling against aggro decks. just my opinion though. i have all the cards in this deck and am currently building one off of your design. great deck though. i love draw decks. ;) +1.

First off, awesome deck +1 for sure.
But how do you deal with decks that build early?
At best this deck starts to kick butt around turn 6, and that's if you play it super smart.
Just very curious how you handle board control, because when I have been play testing this build, I am typically down to around 10-15 by the time I am ready to ramp damage, and even by then it's with 5-6 islands and maybe 3 creatures out.
Thanks ahead of time for response.

i usually prepare a couple bounce spells for turn 2-3 then turn 4 Dissipation Field so ill be down to 12-15 at turn 5 aswell, but from then on its mostly my game.turn 3 Cryptoplasm helps out too, along with turn two Runed Servitor
