I love Turn / Burn. Already had U/G lands from my old B/U/G deck so I think I'll try running this. No Snapcaster Mage because I can't afford them. Running more basic lands than usual because of Burning Earth . Need to acquire sommoar cards. I am considering abusing Infernal Plunge to further abuse Young Pyromancer. Between him and Young Wolf, Creepy Uncle might be a neat name for this deck.

So pretty much, you slap down cards with extra value, presence, and counters early game, and that's usually enough with the burn spells on chump blockers, but there's a midrange aspect of staying strong in the late game and not running out of steam versus real midrange decks. The idea is to keep pressure on the opponent while costing them cards to deal with what you've got. There's a lot of versatility with this deck and it's pretty fun to use.

I am working on the sideboard. I'm happy with a non-greedy manabase due to Burning Earth . Considering Rurirc Thar the Unbowed in the SB against control because I have some sketchy matchups with them, usually going 1-2. Handles aggro quite well. Haven't tested much against midrange. Considering about removing AEtherling from the MB.

Cool stuff:Young Pyromancer & at least one starter tokenRapid Hybridization now reads: U, 3/3, Flash.

Progenitor Mimic with Acidic Slime post SB or Thragtusk = GG. It's not with with YP or Staticaster either.
