I love Monastery Swiftspear, Stormchaser Mage and Thing in the Ice   but haven't seen a deck that uses all of them, so I thought I'd try to make a cheap(ish) deck that does.

This deck wins by landing prowess creatures early and use pump spells/double strike to kill on turn 3 or 4; you can also land a Thing on turn 2, flip it quickly with gitaxian spells or pump spells, and close it out with Awoken Horror   .

This is obviously not an optimized deck (needs Steam Vents , etc) and it has some obvious glaring weaknesses, but I have gotten several turn 3 kills with it as-is. Maybe Bedlam Reveler? Suggestions for improvement are welcome.
