So, I need some help with this deck. The second I saw Chief Engineer I felt the urge to build this deck. I went out and snagged two chief engineers after I got one in a box but I realized that Jalira, Master Polymorphist was also another card I loved as I could cheat massive creatures onto the battlefield but how? That is when I came up with this blue white deck as opposed to the mono blue I was originally going to build. All my small creatures for early game are created through Raise the Alarm and Triplicate Spirits these not only can be used to convoke all the artifacts with the chief but Jalira can also morph them and when I search my deck the only creatures in there are beasts. It is missing something though. I could use some help on making this better.
