I agree with adding another sphinx's rev. 2 is enough because it isn't really good untill you spend about 7 mana on it. what you really need to carry you into your win cons and your rev's are 4X Steam Augury . This card is insanely good and it will win you more games than rev, just pick your piles wisely and you will leave them with ONE choice, there will be a lot of 1 and 4 situations, where you either get that card that wins the game, or four more cards to help you dig further. Imagine getting Assemble the Legion AND Elspeth, Sun's Champion in one augury... you win that situation no matter what both of those will win the game.

More Importanat than this card being INSANELY good, it's also like 2.50 right now or something? get 4, run 2 if you want but this card is Fact or Fiction basically, ask anybody who played during invasion if it was pro.

I really like Steam Augury , but I have no idea what I would take out for it. Do you have any suggestions?

the problem with Steam Augury is that it works if you grab 2 win cons, but if you grab one...you lose

if you augury into Assemble the Legion and Detention Sphere , Azorius Charm , Boros Charm , and a land. put Assemble the Legion in one pile and the other 4 in the other that is HUGE card advantage in exchange for not getting Assemble the Legion . look up Fact or Fiction and tell me how this card loses, not that im trying to talk trash. I'm sure your very good at magic.

now that you've stumbled into blue, Supreme Verdict is the card to make sure those elephants and wurms get dead and stay that way

Steam Augury is not Fact or Fiction for sure. However, it is a completely reasonable card to run, even in a deck with only few win conditions, it's just not an automatic 4-of. Get them now and rub your hands as they double from the current $2-3 to $5 over the next year, play 1 or 2 if card advantage is a thing for you. (what BiggestJohn said basicly)

Supreme Verdict is a great card, but it'll kill all of my creatures as well. That's the main reason I'm running Anger of the Gods instead. I have Azorius Charm and Detention Sphere to deal with bigger creatures, and I can always side in Mizzium Mortars for stuff like Loxodon Smiter .

I like Steam Augury as a 2 of in this deck, but I'm still not sure what to take out for it. I want to keep Frostburn Weird in there though. I think it's a much better blocker than Omenspeaker . It gives me more devotion, it dodges Anger and Lightning Strike , and I can pump it up later to be a big attacker, which I think more than makes up for the scry 2 ability of Omenspeaker. I'll have to test the deck out more before I decide what to take out.
